UEMC Exploration Division, led by the Science & Research Department, is now assembling a team to reinvestigate the collapsed jump point to the lost Oretani System. UEMC is excited at the future prospects of making contact and possibly discovering lucrative mining opportunities. Renewed interest across the UEE has brought new hope to the surviving families after nearly 300 years of failed attempts. With new advances in technology and research, we are within reach of reestablishing contact with Sol's legendary system. What will we find? Did mankind survive? Did they manage to finish terraforming the Oretani planets? Did another space faring race make contact from another system?

Project Director, Tr3nch "Roomba" Announcement
"It is with great excitement that I announce Project Oretani is now underway. While we have a lot more work ahead of us, we are now completely funded and received final approval from the UNE to commence operations. This has been years of dedicated planning to lay the groundwork for the future exhibition to reestablish communications with our long lost system. There is a renewed sense of excitement across the entire galaxy and I look forward to bringing you new updates as we move forward with the project. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible."
